Fever by Joan Swan is a splendid debut novel! Swan takes us on the run from the law in this nonstop action packed novel. Things are not what they appear to be, and you will be turning pages to find out why. Swan's novel is sinfully delish and full of refreshing "MacGyver-esk" tidbits. It is the perfect beginning to an interesting series. Alyssa and Teague's attraction heat up the pages, bringing things to a feverish pitch. Swan gave us just enough to be satisfied and leaves us wanting to know more. I can't wait to find out more about Luke in Blaze, book 2 in the Phoenix Rising series.
