Wow!  Talk about screwy in a good way.  Not out right scary but oh so unpredictable with a twist at every turn.  It's been years since I've seen a good M. Night movie.  Split will leave you glued to your seat for the majority of the movie.  How do we deal with abuse?  How do we protect ourselves from the horrors of abuse? Can we become other, with super abilities in order to protect ourselves?
Three innocents meet all kinds of crazy in a very unstable man with a multiple personality disorder off the charts.
Who is in charge and who is playing us all?  Will the ladies survive their horror?  A must watch!!!  I adore a movie that keeps me thinking long after I've left the theater!
James McAvoy dazzles, he owned the part! Fangirled with Casey, Anya Taylor-Joy, too.  Just loved watching her in this new role, you might recall her as Morgan, where she rocked. Very dark undercurrents with glimpses of characters' backstories. It was nice to see Shyamalan's cameo as Jai, the Hooters Lover.  **Caution there is a representation of pedophilia, giving insight to Casey's character. I viewed just enough to have my stomach turn at what I didn't see and what I never saw coming.  M. Night Shyamalan delivers his personalized twist many times throughout.
Oh, did I mention the final scene?  Hmmm does the name Bruce Willis or Unbreakable ring any bells?  Fingers crossed that the OMG final scene is what we have been waiting for for a very long time.
Well I don't want to give away any real goodies if you haven't seen it. Do so and then come back and lets talk ending!!!  I have a feeling we will be talking about these characters a bit more in the future .
