I'm a big fan of Sophie Jordan's books and wanted to spotlight her Devil's Rock Series! These male characters may have done time in prison (the first book takes place in the prison!), but you'll understand why if you read them and know that they do deserve their HEA's! I do suggest reading them in order to get the full enjoyment of the series.
ALL CHAINED UP (Book 1):

My Review: What a great start to a new series by Sophie Jordan! The chemistry between Knox and Briar was sizzling! *fans self* The story flowed really well and I was into it from start to finish. Sexy times, tension, a new setting for me (starts out in a prison!) and great chemistry between the characters, made this a very good read. While I would have liked a little more of a relationship between the characters, I thoroughly enjoyed it. We also get a little set-up for the next book and I’m looking forward to reading it for sure!
HELL BREAKS LOOSE (Book 2):

My Review: I’m so lovin’ this series! After getting a sneak peek/introduction at the end of All Chained Up of Reid’s story, I couldn’t wait to read it! Reid and Grace’s story is another winner in the Devil’s Rock series. This out-of-the-norm romance kept me turning the pages. Sophie Jordan is fantastic with the chemistry between characters and I love that these stories are so different from the regular contemporary romance genres. An escaped convict and the president’s daughter? She totally makes it work! I loved how Reid protected her from what could have been an even worse situation when’s she abducted. He tries to be good where she is concerned and fight his attraction, but it’s a lost cause and she can’t fight it either. They are drawn to each other like a moth to a flame, even considering their unusual situation. I loved it and I definitely recommend this series. While this can be read as a standalone, you do get to know Reid a little bit and the set-up for this book in All Chained Up, the first book in the series.
FURY ON FIRE (Book 3):
When you live next door to the big bad wolf . . .
After years in prison, North Callaghan is finally free. But the demons haunting him still make him feel like a caged beast. He loses himself in work and hard living, coming up for air only to bed any willing woman to cross his path. My Review: Dayum North…you are one hot alpha bad boy. I was so looking forward to his story and it did not disappoint! Smokin’ hot chemistry between North and Faith and I loved the bantering between them too! Even though the characters “technically” meet later in the book, author Sophie Jordan totally makes it work. There’s definitely sexual tension between the characters. This story had me sucked into the storyline from the very beginning. I purchased both the paperback and the audiobook and it was worth every penny! Christian Fox did a fantastic job with the narration.
Next up in the series is BEAUTIFUL LAWMAN (Book 4) which releases December 26th, 2017. I can't wait!
