Fierce! Luca by Sarah Castille is a nonstop, provocative read. Gabrielle is tenacious agent who falls in love with the local mobster poster boy. As Luca tries to run from his past and prove his worth to the family, he meets the extraordinary Gabrielle. Both are completely clueless as to what the other does for a living. Gabrielle's case places her in danger and delves too close to unveiling the mafia organisation. Luca must step in to protect the woman he calls his own. The relationship goals in this story were ambitious to say the least. These characters should never have formed a relationship, but they did. It is one of the reasons I believe I enjoyed it so much. I loved Gaby's character and her no nonsense approach even after she learned of Luca's mafia connections. I hope to read more from Sarah Castille especially if they are about steamy mafia men.
