Review: Dreaming of the Wolf by Terry Spear

Jan 14, 2012

Book 8

Alicia Greiston is a no-nonsense bounty hunter determined to bring a ring of mobsters to justice. Her dogged pursuit of the crime family has forced her to avoid relationships— any man would only become a target for retribution. Luckily, Jake Silver is more than a man, and his instincts are telling him to stop at nothing to protect her.

However, the mob isn't entirely human either, and soon Alicia must flee for her life. When Alicia and Jake's passion begins to spill over into their dreams, Jake learns he will have to do more than defend her— he'll have to show his mate the way of the wolf.

I gave this a 4
Dreaming of the Wolf by Terry Spear serves up delicious alpha male on a silver platter! An incredible suspenseful journey lays in wait in this shifter romance.  Alicia is determined to extract her revenge and Jake has decided to be her protector. I could not get enough of Jake, he has it all going on and then some.  Jake and Alicia are amorous in ways that only two who are meant to be together can be. Spear gives us an impassioned read and a wonderfully crafted story. I look forward to reading more in the Wolf series!
