Evangeline Anderson

Author of the Brides of the Kindred

Hi there, Evangeline Anderson here to talk to you about Hunted, the second book in my Brides of the Kindred series. I have someone here I think you’ll enjoy—Ladies, meet Sylvan.

Sylvan is one of the Kindred warriors who have come to save Earth from the evil Scourge. He’s six foot six and very muscular with spiky dark blond hair and penetrating ice blue eyes. And did I mention he’s a doctor? There’s just one little hitch—he’s bites.

That’s because Sylvan is a Blood Kindred—he has a double set of fangs on each side of his mouth (see the lovely cover art by Reese Dante if you’re having a hard time picturing this). Anyway, Blood Kindred bite in order to inject their essence when they bond with the female of their choice. It’s kind of kinky but also kind of hot—especially if you’re into vampires.

Sophia Waterhouse is not.

Sophie is the twin sister of Olivia, the heroine of Claimed, the first book in the Kindred series. There is an undeniable attraction between Sophie and Sylvan but they have a lot of roadblocks to get over before they can be together. Such as Sylvan’s vow never to call a bride and Sophie’s traumatic past and fear of being bitten. In fact, in writing them I put so many obstacles in their path, it took me over 160,000 words to get them together.

But what a wild ride. I had so much fun writing this book and so far, readers seem to be having fun reading it too.

Right now I’m in the middle of writing book 3 in the series, Sought. It’s the story of Kat, the plus-sized, sassy best friend of Olivia and Sophia and her two men. (Yes, I said two—Kat ends up with Twin Kindred who have to share a woman.) I’m about halfway finished with the book and it should be out in the beginning of August.

I’ve been getting lots of questions about some of the other characters in the books. So let me take a minute to answer a few.

*Spoiler Alert! Don’t read any further if you don’t want some juicy details of book 3, Sought and book 4, Found, both coming out later this year.*

Lots of readers are writing to ask about Xairn, the tortured son of the AllFather, who is the evil and menacing leader of the Scourge. In Hunted, Xairn had an awful time. He both hates, and desperately wants to be loved by his father but the AllFather is completely incapable of love. He tortures Xairn mentally with images from his past—most especially images of his long-dead mother. Xairn’s only source of love and affection is his urlich—the Scourge version of a dog—named Sanja. I’m sorry to say that Sanja comes to a bad end and her demise breaks something in Xairn. He feels dead inside, incapable of love or any emotion, really. Though he is the hero of book 4, he is the one who needs to be rescued.

Enter Laurent Jakes, the cousin that Olivia and Sophia never knew they had—you’ll be meeting her in book 3. This plays to another question some readers have been asking—will any of the heroines be women of color? Lauren is a woman of both color and courage. She is Xairn’s love interest though she starts out as his prisoner. Why did the Scourge kidnap her? Well, remember their prophesy? Lauren is the one they’ve been looking for all along and the AllFather has something very unpleasant planned for her. Will she escape? Will she be able to help Xairn? Sorry, you’ll have to read the rest of the series to find out.
Well, that’s all for now. Thanks so much for reading! And if you have any questions or comments, be sure to write me at vangiekitty@aol.com. I love to hear from readers.
.

Interview with Evangeline Anderson

1.   Do you recall how your interest in writing originated?

Well, I have always loved to read and I think writing is just a natural extension of that. I started writing fanfiction back in 2002 and then decided to take a creative writing class at my local community college in 2003. Shortly after that I started submitting stories and novels to different publishers and the rest is history.

2.   I thought the cover to Claimed was wonderful, but Hunted ROCKS!  Who designed the covers?

The very talented Reese Dante did both covers. I agree with you, Claimed is great but the cover for Hunted is even better. I can't wait to see what she does with the cover for Sought, because it has two heroes since Kat ends up with Twin Kindred who always have to share a woman. That should make for a very hot cover!

3.   Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?

I have heard some writers say that they have problems writing love scenes and I have to agree that it can be difficult to write sex if you're not in the mood. (Much like having sex if you're not in the mood, lol) Personally, I try to be sure I'm really feeling each scene as I write it. I know that if what I have written doesn't turn me on, it won't do anything for the readers either.

4.   Did you always know that there would be a second book in the series when you began to write CLAIMED?

I planned the series from the start to have four books in it. I knew I wanted to have four different kinds of heroes and have all the heroines be regular Earth girls that readers could identify with. So I guess the answer is yes. ; ) I knew there would be more books if readers had an interest in the first book. Happily, the Kindred series seems to have taken off so I plan to finish all four books this year.

5.   What was the hardest part of writing the second book, Hunted?

Getting into it. I had written an outline and I knew what needed to happen, but it was difficult to find my way out of Baird and Olivia's heads and into Sylvan and Sophie's. But once I really got into the book, the characters took care of themselves.

6.   Are your male characters based on anyone famous?

Ha-ha, you would ask me that question! In a way I hate to answer it because I want readers to feel free to imagine whoever they want when reading the books. But I have to confess that I do sometimes have a certain actor in mind when I'm writing--it helps to have a visual representation of the hero in mind. So yes, they are, but I'm not saying who.

7.   Which of your books is your favourite?

I like the Kindred series a lot but for stand alone books, I have two favorites. Planet X, which is sci-fi like the Kindred--it's very much an adventure book as well as a love story. Also, Deal with the Devil. It's a paranormal book with a lot of angst but I really enjoyed writing it. With both of those books I had almost magical book flow--the story just came out by itself so smoothly and I adored my characters. I was really sorry to write “the end” when each of them was finished. A lot of readers have been writing me to ask what they can read in my backlist while they wait for the third Kindred book to be out--I would recommend both of those as well as Kristin's Addiction and Charlie's Bargain. Happy reading! : )

8.   Which of your characters would you most/least to invite to lunch, and why?

Invite to lunch? Hmm, I would love to have lunch with Kat, Olivia, and Sophia. I think we would have a fabulous girl's day out. Notice I don't mention any of my male characters--I would want to take them somewhere other than lunch, I can tell you that. And as for least, I would NOT want to be in the same room with the AllFather for lunch or any other reason. Mainly because he doesn't eat food--he only feeds on painful and negative emotions and memories of others. I don't care to be dined on that way.

9.   The ALLFather aka "Evil Dude"  gives me the creeps, but I'm starting to sense a story coming on for his son.  Do you plan on writing a book for Xairn?

Absolutely. Xairn is the hero (or antihero I guess) of book 4, Found. I am really looking forward to writing it--Xairn is very wounded right now and he has a long way to go to be healed. Luckily the heroine if book 4, who you will meet in book 3, Sough, is very strong and courageous. She is exactly what Xairn needs, although he doesn't know it yet.

10.   Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers?

I just want to say thanks so much for reading. And thank you to all the readers who have written to let me know how much they're enjoying the series. Writing can be such a solitary profession, it's always nice to hear that someone else is enjoying your hard work. I always answer all e-mails so if you have a thought or just wanted to say hi, write me at vangiekitty@aol.com Also, check out my website www.evangelineanderson.com for an excerpt of Sought, which will be out August 1st. Hugs and Happy reading to all! Evangeline

Thank you so much Evangeline, I can't wait to see what you cook up for us next! ~ Dana

Hunted

Book 2 in the Brides of the Kindred series

“You…you want to taste me there?”

Slowly, he nodded. “If we really were in our claiming period, I would need to taste you often and thoroughly.”

“Is that…a Kindred thing?” Her heart was pounding now and she was very aware of his scent. God, they were getting into dangerous territory here but she couldn’t seem to stop.

“We like to keep our mates satisfied and mark them as our own.” His voice was a soft growl.

Sophie raised an eyebrow. “So…it’s all about possession. Keeping your woman with you and proving she’s yours?”

“It’s not just that.” Sylvan’s eyes traveled down her body and she could almost feel the heat from his gaze wherever he looked. “It’s about spreading your female open and mapping her most secret places with your tongue. Tasting her honey and thrusting your tongue deep in her tight, wet pussy until she moans and cries your name…pulling your hair and scratching your shoulders as she loses control completely from the pleasure you’re giving her.”

“I…I…” Sophie was speechless. The words he used painted such a vivid picture in her mind. She could almost see herself lying on the bed with Sylvan between her legs, opening her, tasting her… No! Stop it. She shook her head, trying to get the embarrassing and enticing image out of her brain.

Sylvan must have sensed her unease because he shook his head. “Forgive me. I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable. It’s just that your scent is so delicious and I can’t…can’t help responding to it.”

“I can’t help responding to yours either,” Sophie admitted in a low voice. “We…we should probably be careful that we don’t…you know, do something we might regret.”

“And would you regret it?” he murmured. “Would you regret giving yourself to me, Talana?”

“I…” Sophie’s mouth felt too dry to answer. “I’d be afraid too,” she said at last. “You…you’d want to bite me if I…if we did that. Wouldn’t you?”

Sylvan sighed. “Biting is part of bonding sex for the Blood Kindred, yes.”

“But not just bonding sex,” Sophie said. “If we…if you really did claim me—I mean, I know you don’t really want to any more than I want you to—but if you did… You’d want to bite me every time.”

“Love making is not complete without the gift of blood,” he said heavily. “Not for us.”

Sophie shivered. “I’m sorry, but sex is bad enough without adding biting and blood to it. I’m not a masochist, Sylvan—I don’t like pain. I don’t, uh, get off on being hurt.”

“I would never hurt you,” he said in a low voice that did strange things to her insides.

Book 2 in the Sons of Sin series

Will Jones is a former British spy and Bow Street runner.  He is also the second borne son to a famous courtesan, who bore children from three different titled gentlemen.  Will has never stopped searching for his lost brother, it is all that consumes him.  His search for information on the wherabouts of Kit brings to light the auction of a virgin taking place at the home of his enemy, Archibald March.

Helen of Troy had a simple plan, enter the London brothel and retrieve the letters, but everything went wrong.  She has been captured and is being auctioned off to the highest bidder. Helen has been drugged and she will not be able to escape, but her savior has just walked in.

Will's noble nature won't allow him to walk away from the young woman up for auction.  He will save her only to find that she is intent on returning to the brothel to retrieve her property. He soon learns that they both want something March has and they will join forces to destroy March.

Helen has led a sheltered life, never encountering anyone of Will’s caliber. Will makes Helen feel things she never knew existed. She will allow herself to taste passion’s kiss in Will's arms and try not to think of a life without him.

Will and Helen will find the answers to long kept secrets, but will they be able to walk away from each other?

I gave this book a 3.5

Compelling!  Tantallizing!   Lustful!    Kate Moore  continues to the search for Kit  in the bowles of  Regency London in her second book in the series.  I thought the second book in the series was superb.  Will and Helen's witty conversations keep you reading one chapter to the next.  Secrets are revealed and lives changed in To Save the Devil.  I wished there had been more steamy moments for Helen and Will.  I look forward to Kit's story coming in September 2011.

Weekly meme hosted by the talented Parajunkee!

Visit Parajunkee for all the details on the hop.

This week's feature is brought to us by:

Louise from Book Bliss

Q. How many books do you read in a week? And in what format do you read them, or listen to them?

A.   I used to read a book a day, but things change after having a baby...
Lately I read about three books a week and they can be hard copies or digital copies.

This week's question comes from Britta who blogs at I Like These Books:

Q.  "What book-to-movie adaption have you most liked? Which have you disliked?"

A.  I know I'm going to get a lot of flack for my answer, but here goes....
NONE!   I don't want the incredible picture I've created in my mind, when reading a book, to be replaced by someone else's vision.  It sounds weird but I feel that if a series was made of one of my fave books, they could never do it justice.

Book 3 in the Talions Series

Chief Talion, Greyhill Danby, has finally returned from London, only to find the beautiful and intelligent Piper Ryan sitting at his desk.   She is a distraction the Talion warrior cannot afford, and he could do without her attitude. Protecting the Kyth's newly appointed Grand Dame from danger is his duty and honor, yet the job may be more difficult than Grey anticipated.

Piper Ryan hadn't expected the sexy and dangerous Talion's return.   To make matters worse it seems as if he is none to happy with their working arrangements.   Going toe to toe with the warrior will have Piper on edge as it becomes clear he will be investigating anyone who has contact with the Grand Dame. She isn't ready to reveal her secret.
Grey and Piper can no longer deny the attraction they feel for each other.  An explosion will be the beginning of a torrent of emotions that will have Grey and Piper taking their feelings to another playing field.  When a plan to overthrow the Kyth's Grand Dame places everyone Grey cares about in danger, he will not stop until he brings those responsible to justice.   Piper's secrets will be revealed and her life placed in danger.

I gave this book 3.5

Sexy!  Action-packed!  Tempting!  The 3rd book in Talions series was a terrific read.  Grey oozes with all things yummy and does so with a British accent.   Alexis Morgan has created a unique world where love still conquers all.  Grey and Piper make the perfect couple and their sexual chemistry turn this story into so much more.  I wonder what Ms. Morgan will do with book 4?  This book would be a terrific beach read.

SOLID
by Shelley Workinger

Miranda and I looked at each other, took a deep breath, and focused on disappearing. Again, I saw and felt nothing, but knew we’d done it by Garrett’s amazed, “Whoooaaa.”

He reached one long arm toward what apparently looked to him like open space, and I had to take a quick step back before his paw landed right on my chest.

“Watch it,” I complained, dropping the mind-chant and re-entering the visible world. Miranda laughed her way back beside me, a sound I was overwhelmingly glad to hear after the past two stormy days.

“You want to take a practice run, too?” Jack asked, turning to Bliss.

She nodded demurely, not thrilled about putting on a show, but also wanting to make sure she’d be able to perform on command if she had to.

And if Miranda and I thought we’d impressed him, Bliss’s transformation totally blew Garrett’s mind. “I think I’m…stupid-fied.”

This week Parajunkee has chosen
 Here is Ninja Girl's question:

Q. It's circle time. Time for us to open up and share.

Can you tell us FIVE quirky habits or things about you?
We all have them...

Well, here goes..

1. I'm constantly listening to music!  I mean all the time! Yes, even when I read!

2. I suffer from "Read or Die" syndrome. I am beyond miserable with out a book.  It has led me to my current stint as a blogger!

3. Coffee completes me.  I am sure we were an item in a past life! We are a perfect fit!

4. Tequila is my poison!  I even make popsicles with the stuff!

5. I never go anywhere without a toothbrush! I buy a new toothbrush every month.

This week's question comes from Ivan who blogs at
Ivan Bookworm:

"If you were given the chance to spend one day in a fictional world (from a book),
which book would it be from and what would that place be?"

This is so hard. but I think I can at least pick two.

1.  Cassandra's freaky world in the Cassandra Palmer series by the talented  Karen Chance.
2.  Mac's wild and crazy Ireland after the bizarre aftermath in the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning

Review: Mercy Burns by Keri Arthur

Book 2 in the Myth and Magic

Mercy Reynolds is a  "draman", she is half human, half air dragon.  Although she has never been able to shift, she has the ability to harness her fire powers in ways only pure bloods are capable of.   She also happens to be a tenacious reporter in the San Francisco Bay area.   Now, the search for answers will test her powers and change her life forever.

Mercy’s childhood friend, Rainey has asked for her help to solve her sister's murder. The search leads to a terrible accident that leaves Rainey dead, and Mercy only five days to find who is responsible.  It soon becomes obvious that someone doesn't want the truth to be known.  Mercy's finds herself held prisoner with a stranger called "Muerte".

The mysterious stranger called  “Muerte,” has joined forces with Mercy.  He's mystical and secretive manner only makes him more attractive to Mercy.   Her dragon responds to Muerte in every way imaginable.  The journey to the truth will take lives and Mercy will have to face her nightmares.

I give this book a 4/5

Magical!  Draconic!  Enthralling!   Dragons are so my new addiction. Keri Arthur gets up close and personal with these magical beast.   Her storytelling powers allow you to fly and view the world as only a dragon can.  I loved the bond Mercy has with her dragon spirit.  "Muerte" is all man, deliciously dark with all the bonus attributes of a dragon. All I can say is, "When does the next book in the series come out?"

Favorite Quote:  "Oh, I respect you," he said, his voice a whisper through my soul.  "In fact, I intend to respect every single inch of you." ~Damon ~ aka "Muerte"

Red Mortal
 A Gods of Midnight Novel
by Deidre Knight
Leonidas swung Daphne down off the horse and into his arms. Cradling her close, he stared into her pale blue eyes until his breath hitched. Lovely didn’t begin to cover her ethereal beauty. A demigoddess, an immortal creature of Olympus, a Delphic Oracle . . . and, of late, a Goth girl. Any sane king would’ve kept his distance and never taken on the challenge.

But he’d come up the hardest way, in the Agoge training school of Sparta, where he’d clawed for every crumb he ever got. It had been true survival of the fittest, with Leo struggling to thrive like a desperate weed in the sundried bricks of that place. That was when he’d learned to face any challenge, physical or psychological. He’d brought that iron-willed strength to Thermopylae, to all the battles he’d waged in the old days and ever since, and he wasn’t about to start backing down now.

Daphne belonged to him; it was only a matter of fully claiming her before the Highest God himself. In his human life, he’d loved his wife Gorgo deeply, but now, all these years later, he could no longer recall her face, much less her touch. But when he kissed Daphne, something unearthly, mystical ignited inside his heart; it was an eternal love, the kind that could survive the bonds of death and rebirth. And if that bastard brother of hers continued to separate them by intimidation, Leo wasn’t above waging war against the cruel god. He’d done so already, besting Ares in two recent battles.

She slid both arms about his neck as he lowered her slowly onto her feet. She was light, so light, in his grasp—and yet so fully a woman that his breath hitched as her breasts pressed against his thick chest. For one long moment, their gazes locked—Daphne with her thin arms twined about him, her breath warm against his skin as she pressed her face into the crook of his neck. His lips parted slightly, and he nearly pressed his mouth to hers. But no . . . Not yet.

There was something he wanted much more than a kiss. To feel her body, that lithe, feminine body, beneath his own much larger, bulky one, just as he’d promised. Maybe it would be awkward, a bit inelegant, but he didn’t care. He always had been the bull dreaming of making love to a fairy queen, of holding a butterfly against his warrior’s chest. And he’d had plenty of practice taking Daphne without hurting her—all in his fantasies. He would be gentle with her now; he vowed it.

Rummaging in his saddlebag, he located his crimson cape. He’d brought it intentionally, with a particular plan in mind. Keeping one arm about her waist, he unfurled his crimson cape with a romantic flourish, making a blanket for them in the crisp field of grass. He watched the Spartan cloak settle, and swallowing hard in anticipation, he turned to Daphne. Her blue eyes had grown wide, a rosy flush infusing her cheeks as she stared at the makeshift bed. She chewed on her lower lip, seeming troubled. Wasn’t this what she wanted?

But then she turned back to him, her pale blue eyes flashing with heat and desire, all hesitation completely gone. He seized the moment, pulling her into his arms, and into a fervent kiss. Pain spiked through his right knee as they sank to the ground, tumbling together—the ancient war wound had been hurting more with every passing day. But for once, he ignored the torturous injury, losing himself in Daphne’s arms. Her hands were all in his hair, tangling in his thick, short curls, grasping as if she couldn’t possibly have enough of him.

Shifting his hips, he leveraged his thigh, parting her legs and settling heavily there. He was a large, bulky man, and she was so delicate and small by comparison. He tried to go slowly, but after all these months it was hard to rein himself in, especially when she drew her knees up about his legs. The shifting movement positioned his groin squarely against her intimate place, and he ached to feel her damp and wet with desire, to stroke her there.

She seemed to crave that very thing because she squeezed her thighs, lifting and urging him onward with a muffled, enthusiastic cry against his neck. In response, he began a subtle rocking motion, each thrust tightening his groin even more, every motion causing her to respond in kind, the two of them mimicking the act he so desperately longed to complete.

“Oh, gods, Daphne.” He released a low, hot groan against her neck. He could smell the sweet aroma of arousal on her skin, taste the way her pulse fluttered beneath his lips. “Daphne mine, you’re blessed torture.”

She smiled up at him, a gleam in her eyes. “I want to make you hot and bothered and unable to hold back. I want you begging me . . .”

He released a groan of frustration and desire. “So . . . that’s your evil plan. I hope you will see it through to the very end.”

She tangled her thin arms about his neck, pulling him closer. Pressing her lips against his temple, she whispered, “I intend to rule the universe, with you my only subject.”

He pulled back, gazing down into her eyes. “Are you saying you would consent to be my queen?” he asked, searching her face. He’d spent the past year so intent on simply capturing her that he’d never even contemplated formalizing their relationship.

She answered by holding him closer, drawing his mouth to hers for a kiss. He grew so aroused that he ached with it, his cock pushing painfully against the metal zipper of his pants, and his balls tightening like a bowstring.

But she didn’t shy away; in fact, she kissed him harder. She stroked her tongue against his in slow, tantalizing sweeps, each time seeming to taste him more deeply. Her hands roamed his back, his hair, his shoulders. In response, he cradled one palm beneath her buttocks, drawing her upward on a twin surging motion of their bodies.

After a moment when he felt drunk with that kiss, she finally pulled away. Sinking back against the ground, her breathing came in ragged, uneven pants. “Leo, I want you . . . more than I’ve ever wanted you.”

He stared down into her eyes, the clear blue of them like gazing into the Aegean . . . but with a tempest coming. He kept his body atop hers, suspended there, wanting her with more desperation than he’d ever felt before. And yet, an invisible force held him in check: the knowledge that she would likely leave him again after this. Every separation from her became only more unbearable—what would such parting be like once they became lovers? Unendurable, he was certain.

“Daphne.” He leaned up on both elbows, staring at her solemnly. “Promise me you won’t vanish on me, not after this. Not if we become . . . if I take you, uh . . . make . . .” His face flushed, and finally he clamped his mouth closed, giving up on the effort. Why did his asinine shy streak always surface with Daphne, and when he most needed composure?

“Go on, Leo,” she prompted, smiling up at him with gentle patience. She placed a cool palm against his heated face. “You know you can speak your mind with me.”

He drew in a sharp breath and dove in again. “If we are lovers,” he managed to force out, “then you will stay.”

She stroked his cheek, studying his face with an intensity he didn’t quite understand. As if memorizing his features, trying to ensure she knew every line, every scar. “I won’t go again, Leonidas, not this time,” she vowed, threading her fingers through his hair.

Suddenly her eyes grew wider, panic filling her gaze. Her hand froze, still twined in one of his short, wiry curls.

He frowned at her. “What’s wrong?”

She shook her head mutely, her gaze flicking over his countenance with silent intensity. What had she just seen in him? What was causing her to be so fearful that she began trembling beneath his big body?

“Daphne, tell me,” he urged, but she responded by tugging his head downward decisively. She covered his mouth with hers and sank her tongue deep inside his mouth, as if she meant to consume him, take him into her very core and hold him captive. It was the most fervent, aggressive kiss she’d ever given him. She began pulling at the hem of his linen shirt, working it upward. He complied hungrily, only breaking the kiss long enough to strip out of the rough fabric.

Her small, warm hands swept over his back, a smooth contrast to the hideous scars that marred his shoulders and middle back. She didn’t seem to notice, kneading her fists against his muscles, moaning into his mouth as they kissed.

He cupped a firm hand along her nape. “Daphne,” he murmured against her lips, “I love you. I love you with all that is in me, and—”

He wasn’t able to finish—a hard male laugh rang out, piercing the field’s mellow, late day quiet like a pistol shot.

The Highlander Trilogy Book Two
by Julianne MacLean
Excerpt from Chapter One

“I am Angus Bradach MacDonald! Son of the fallen Laird MacDonald, true master of Kinloch Castle!” His voice was deep and thunderous. It rumbled mightily inside her chest.

“Kinloch belongs to me by right of birth! I hereby declare myself laird and chief!”

“Kinloch belongs to the MacEwens now!” someone shouted from below. “By Letters of Fire and Sword, issued by King George of Great Britain!”

“If ye want it back,” Angus growled, stepping forward to the edge of the rooftop, “then raise your sword and fight me!”

His challenge was met with silence, until Gwendolen was overcome by a blast of anger so hot, she could not control or contain it.

“Angus Bradach MacDonald!” she shouted from the dark, outraged depths of her soul. “Hear me now! I am Gwendolen MacEwen, daughter of the MacEwen chief who won this castle by fair and lawful means! I am leader here, and I will fight you!”

It was not until that moment that she realized she had marched to the edge of the rooftop and drawn her saber, which she was now pointing at him from across the distance.

Her heart pummeled her chest. She had never felt more exhilarated. It was intoxicating. She wished there was not this expanse of separation between them. If there were a bridge from one tower to the other, she would dash across it and fight him to the death.

“Gwendolen MacEwen!” he shouted in reply. “Daughter of my enemy! Ye have been defeated!”

Posted on May 6, 2011 with 7 comments

May 6, 2011

Friday meme brought to us be the uber talented Parajunkee!

This week's feature is...

Al @ Magnet 4 Books

Question:   Circle time! Time to share. What character in a book would you most like to be, what character in a book would you most like to date?

Answer:  Oh boy, who would I like to be most like?  That one is a hard one, I have so many amazing characters I just love.

Cassie Palmer  in the Cassandra Palmer series by Karen Chance is unbeliveable, but Mac from the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning is just as full of awesomeness.  It would have to be a close tie.

Who I would like to date?   In a heart beat, Barrons!  I think I would have issues because I am currentlhy in love with two hunks, Barrons is an all time yummy, but my summers belong to Max from the Moonlight series by Nancy Gideon.  I love reading, I meet amazing men all the time.

This weeks question comes from Twitter!
Thanks to Melissa (aka Miel_et_Lait) who blogs at Miel et Lait.
