An evil Army doctor experimented secretly with a chromosomal drug on women that were pregnant. Shortly after the children were born he was killed,  and it would seemed that his secrets died with him.

20 years have gone by and the military has unearthed the evil doctors experiments.  The military decides to find the children and place them in an isolated camp.    Clio Kaid and the other affected teens find themselves in a new world and they soon learn that the drug did change them, giving them super human abilities.

While they discover their new abilities they also create new friendships, Clio finds information that will make the teens doubt the military and it will change everything.  The teens impart on a journey to find the truth.

I gave this book 3.5

Wonderful teen thriller! Sci-fi for teens! I thought this book was wonderful and can't wait to read the next book in the series. The characters are unique and well written. The budding teen romance is will have everyone wanting to know more. Fans of James Patterson's Maximum Ride series will enjoy this book. Shelley Workinger will keep you clued to the pages as the story takes us on an incredible journey. I recommend this book for summer.
